Went here because read they had a new concerned owner. The food was EXCELLENT the wait staff sucked! We had a tall dark haired waiter that was awful no drink refills tossed our food at us and never came back. Finally got another waitress to come over to get us a box for leftovers and she acted like I ask to borrow money or something. Owner needs a employee overhaul. Would like to see a shrimp dish main course.
Nice people and good food
The food is great. My fave is the chicken n greens over rice. Only complaint is staff never answer the phone so I can place my take-out order. 1 time they did answer and immediately I was on hold for at least 10 minutes then they hung up on me. When I called back the phone continued to ring.
On Tuesday menu they have City Chicken love it love it love it! I think pork gravy would be a better gravy on the mashed potatoes.
My favorite destination whenever I get back to Struthers. Growing up in the burgundy lounge it was heartbreaking when Janie sold but the new owners have taken over a great family tradition.
